Paid Tools Purchase Guide

This site is an online tool platform offering text processing, format conversion, encoding and decoding, calculators and many other practical tools. The vast majority of tools are free and can be used without signing in. A small number of tools are paid tools, offered as a single-tool lifetime purchase — pay once, use forever.

This site offers no membership, no subscription and no pay-per-use billing, and never charges automatic or recurring renewal fees.

1. Payment Method (Lifetime Purchase Only)

A lifetime purchase covers one single tool — it is not a site-wide pass. Buying tool A does not grant access to tool B; every paid tool is priced and purchased separately.

3. What a Lifetime Purchase Includes

  • Permanent access: one payment keeps the tool available long term. There is no fixed validity period and access is never revoked.
  • Unlimited usage: no cap on how many times you can use it.
  • Follows tool updates: future feature additions and improvements to that tool are included at no extra charge.
  • Bound to your account: the entitlement is tied to the account used at purchase. Sign in to the same account on another device or browser to keep using it.

Not included:

  • Access to other paid tools (every paid tool is priced separately);
  • Paid tools added to the platform later on;
  • Offline versions or desktop clients (this site is a purely web-based service that runs in your browser).

4. Where to See the Price

Every paid tool is priced individually. The price is shown:

  • In the “Price” row of the “Tool info” card on the tool page;
  • In the “Amount due” field of the order confirmation dialog that opens after clicking “Buy Now”.

If a promotion is running, the price and discount displayed on the purchase page at that moment take precedence.

5. Purchase Steps

  1. Open the paid tool page and click “Buy Now” in the header or in the info card (you will be asked to sign in first if you are not logged in).
  2. Confirm the amount due in the order dialog. If you need an invoice, enter your invoicing details in the “Order note” field.
  3. Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
  4. Once payment succeeds, refresh the tool page and you can start using it. Order records are available under “My Orders”.

6. Payment Methods

Payment method Where it applies
WeChat Pay On desktop and mobile browsers: a QR code is generated for you to scan with WeChat. When the page is opened inside WeChat, WeChat Pay is invoked directly.
Alipay On desktop browsers you are redirected to Alipay to pay; on mobile browsers the Alipay app is launched to finish the payment.

Note: please open WeChat Pay links inside WeChat. If you copy the link into a desktop browser or another browser, WeChat Pay may fail to launch — the button will appear to do nothing.

Payments are encrypted and handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment account details or passwords.

7. Activation Codes

Activation codes are used to unlock a specific tool. The entry point is “Account → Activation Code”.

  • Enter the code in the input box and submit to activate it.
  • If the code is rejected, first check capitalisation, leading or trailing spaces, and which tools the code applies to.
  • If it still fails after several attempts, contact support with your registered email address, the exact code and the target tool ID.

8. Usage Rules

  • Lifetime entitlements are bound to the purchasing account and are for personal use only. They may not be transferred, shared or resold.
  • Do not bypass payment checks or bulk-consume free quotas using scripts, plugins or multiple accounts.
  • Do not copy, distribute or resell platform content (including tool output, templates and assets) without authorisation.
  • Anyone who breaks these rules may have the relevant entitlement suspended or terminated, and the platform reserves the right to take further action.

9. Refund Policy

Paid tools are virtual goods that are delivered immediately upon activation, so refunds for change of mind are not supported in principle. You may request a refund or have your entitlement restored in the following cases:

  • The entitlement was not activated or cannot be used because of a platform fault;
  • You were charged twice or charged incorrectly;
  • Other circumstances where the law requires a refund.

How to apply: submit a request through the support channels below, stating your registered email address, order number and a description of the problem. Once verified, the platform refunds via the original payment method; the time it takes to arrive depends on the payment provider. The platform may refuse refunds for accounts involved in quota abuse, account theft or payments from illegitimate sources.

10. FAQ

Q1：Do I have to keep paying after a lifetime purchase?

No. One payment means permanent use — no renewal, no extension fee, no follow-up charges.

Q2：Will this change to a subscription later?

Single-tool lifetime purchase is currently the only payment option on this site. If that ever changes, we will announce it in advance, and the entitlements you already purchased will not be affected.

Q3：If I buy one tool, can I use the other paid tools too?

No. Every paid tool is priced and purchased separately; a lifetime purchase covers only the one tool you bought.

Q4：Will my purchased tools still be there if I change computer or browser?

Yes. Entitlements are bound to your account. Sign in to the same account on the new device and you can keep using them — no need to buy again.

Q5：Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Enter your invoicing details in the “Order note” field of the order dialog at checkout, then contact support after payment.

Q6：Payment succeeded but the tool still says I have not purchased it. What should I do?

Refresh the page first. If it still does not take effect, contact support with your order number; the platform will restore your entitlement once verified.
